Yolanda Hadid, mother of three models, will now host her own modelling competition

Yolanda Hadid is coming back to a TV screen near you very soon with the former model announcing she will host a new modelling competition Making A Model With Yolanda Hadid.

Her credentials? Well Hadid was a successful model herself in the ‘80s and of course, she’s the mother of Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid – arguably the world’s most famous model siblings right now.

The eight-episode series will follow mother Hadid training six pairs of model hopefuls and their mums in what it takes to grow a successful brand and career.

The contestants will compete in runways, fashion shoots and even exercise-based scenarios, with $5,000 each week up for grabs and a contract with Hadid and IMG the end goal for the mother-daughter duos.

“With enough social media followers, today's it girl can become tomorrow's supermodel,” Hadid can be heard telling the contestants in the trailer for the show, also noting she is “I’m the most protective mumma bear you’re ever going to cross”.
