Have anyone noticed, that some people are here in the english forum section just to correct other peoples' A. Wrong Spelling. That's not the idea, at least in my opinion....

Argh.. Please stop that forced arguing.. Ööh is umm and the other way around. Just remember to add matching number of ö's and m's and you got it..

I think it would be wise to add an english help/rules page, so that most foreigners could actually learn how to use mikseri.net on their own. I think that way there would be no need for a whole multi-language mikseri.net for a while..

Zitru muokkasi viestiä 21:17 27.09.2005

And by the way, spoken ööh is not of any specific language. it's in the universal add-on to body language. An expression of confusion and all that.. Just like umm is. They mean exactly the same.

Yes.
The only thing why is "um" is more english is that there is no letter "ö" in the english language (in written form). And "Ooh" would be different than the "Ööh" the finns use, but this is fucking stupid, so whatever.

> Hmm..? Mikseri.net is a finish site, so why we have english-section here, but no swedish-section?

Because we live in FINLAND, NOT Sweden. If someone thinks they need to be served in Swedish, they can then move to Sweden.

Wrong answer.

Swedish is also one of the official languages here and people have right to demand to be served in Swedish, without stupid suggestions to move to Sweden.

So stfu.

That's a matter under constant debate.. You should know that..

I personally think it's stupid to claim to have the right to not understand finnish, and without taking another breath demand to get the privilege to be served in your 'own' language, which in this case wouldn't be swedish, but Finland's swedish.

I think, if you live in Finland, and if you don't have short-term plans about moving away from here, you should learn finnish instead of wasting your spare time demanding service with some odd language that doesn't even have a country to go with..

But anyway, enough of the off-topic.

Administrators thought about the few foreign users.. goood. But when we get the copyright notification of artist page in english? I think that's more important for MKSR than having the finnish users to write one topic full of bullshit in english. Songs are downloaded all over the world directly from artist pages and maybe only 1 % of them look at the forums. Just put the english copyright text below the finnish text. Not a big deal.

Still waiting for these in the topic:
yo yo yo nigga motha fucka man dope.. wheer i get reason!!11 FL suckkkzzz!! piece to all raper guys in the ghetto.. rezzpct. listen my rap.. aim the best raper, yo

Look at the bright side. Now even the most devoted mikserian (mikserist?) can keep his/her english skills in shape without leaving the site. Administration clearly cares about the education of the community.
Heart-warming.

Svenskspråkig forum kunde också vara en lysande plats.

No, swedish doesn't.. Did you read at all what i was saying?

It's not the real swedish people who come here and demand to be served in swedish, it's the Finland's-swedish folk that do that.. Usually they can speak finnish, but just don't want to.

Whatever.. I can't speak swedish..

Why make it a problem by speaking that still quite foreign language, while we could stick to finnish which pretty much all people that live in Finland can speak.

Or we could just forget finnish and swedish and go international.. Viva la english!

Swedish isn't even a foreing language, and when we live in a bilingual (not sure how that's written) country the swedish talking finns have the right to demand some services (Still not mikseri.net or other stuff like this) in swedish.
If you don't have to speak swedish, why should they have to speak finnish?

Or we could just forget finnish and swedish and go international.. Viva la english!
