Something new for a change - playing around with the newer GarageBand. Too bad that many of the instruments seem to be behind a pay wall...
Trying out some classic 90's demo-style tunes with a bit of pitch wheel in for a change...
Now using a Korg Microkey and this is what came out of it on the first try. It originally had a solo medoly on top of this, but I removed it from the final mix as the atmosphere in the track without it is somehow more enticing...
It took a few hours one night to improvise and play in the tracks, and some more on two other nights to mix and polish the result...
Just trying out different synth sounds, made during one dark winter night ;)
Just testing out a simple form with most of the action is in the drum loops.
Revisiting the Cloudscape from last year with a new, slightly more stylized mix.
My first try on using GarageBand for iPad - only the Sax was added on the MacBook.
Second go on the GarageBand on iPad. Nothing special. No post processing, the track is 100% made on the ipad.
Again something made with iPad's GarageBand. Started with the 'smart-guitar' last night, and it grew up from there.
Bit edgier synthsounds for a change. Not quite happy with the bass but it'll do for now...
Some 80's synth sounds again. This took a couple of nights to make. The rythm has some loops in the background, everything else was played on the Oxygen8.
