The land displayed as picturesque facade
Cloaking the beastly figures
Licking the ground dry
Of blood that has been shed

Carcasses populate the sight
Their putrid remains swallowed whole by the land

Lifeless-like trees spread wide
Entombing these tormented spirits within

Bodies entwined and morphed ruthlessly
Branches, flesh and bones united into one same suffering
Twisting like veins of pulsating sinew
Within this scourge displayed as picturesque facade

Withered leaves swirl in the wind
Like lost souls in search of final rest
Equating the hopelesness of salvation

In their star-lit tombs they are forever left to die

Burn the drapery of false to reveal

Soulless, deadened eyes flash from the pitch-black
Waiting for the perfect moment to attack
Sharpening the fangs, glaring wicked smile
They flock and live like packs of rabid wolves
Instignating fights for supremacy

These grotesque beings thirst for my destruction
They have gathered around my neverending path
