I know this by heart, body and through clear memories and dreams, inspirations and insights, and by creating. This life has been an experience finding that sound. With all this pain and chaotic enviroment and bad bad food.. intensively badly I have honoured myself. I will love myself so the world will hear again... I will travel to the nature and see her speak. She has always been here, reminding of her calming presence. This text with integrity I tell.
